Please read the following file. State law changed as of 11/99 and a new notice titled "CONSUMER NOTICE" must be read and signed prior to any substantive real estate discussion.

In addition to the CONSUMER NOTICE, another document has been drafted which is similar to that signed by a seller when they list a house. The listing agreement establishes the seller as the client of the listing agent. The "BUSINESS AGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN BROKER AND BUYER" establishes this same right for the buyer.
